Production Terminal Available in Cyrious Control 4.0

The new Cyrious Production Terminal provides users a way to access the information in their software package without having to open the program itself. By using an Internet browser to access you software data, using Production Terminal you can:

• Display job information pertaining to a certain Order or Line Item (Like Product Layout, Shipping Address, Customer Information, Production Notes, etc.)
• Change an Order/Estimate/Service Ticket's Status or Order Level Station
• Display a Grid of all Line Items for Order, Estimates, or Service Tickets based on the filters specified. ( Like Explorer )
• Change the Station and Priority of a Line Item in a Job to mark it as being completed or not.
• Clock onto a Line Item or Part and set the time clock status.
• Approve Artwork
• Add Production Notes to an Order/Estimate/Service Ticket.
• Clock-in and out of jobs using the Time Clock

Cyrious Time Clock Alone Provides Return on Investment!

I had a chance to speak with Cyrious User Jim Mulligan (Cardinal Manufacturing) this week about the advantages of using Cyrious Software. The biggest surprise came when I learned how much time/money he saved by using the Time Clock. Jim explained before he started using Cyrious he was spending at least 30 mins every week adding up the hours from his employee's time cards. Now that he has his employees using the Time Clock in Cyrious he just runs a report that provides him that same information in a matter of seconds. Jim said by using this part of the system he has already saved enough money/time to pay for the original investment of the software.
