A new leaf. A fresh start. Whatever metaphor you use, the new year is upon us. I know many of us have goals, plans and strategies laid out to make this year our most successful yet. Cyrious Software really improved our customer service. We can give customers a price instantly instead of emailing them four hours later. We can also put up an order, and the customers can see where it is in the system. Another thing I like about the software is that I can send out a mass email to anybody who hasn't bought from us in the last few months.
