There is a useful instrument that you can add to your Dashboard within Control to conveniently access frequently visited URLs, files and more.

Instrument Name: Shortcuts

What it does: Creates a list of links that you can access with a click: URLs, Files, Actions, and Reports.

How you can use it: Add a list of URLs for Control training videos and other materials on the web.

How to set it up:

1. On your dashboard,  Select “Add Instrument”

1. 2. From the drop-down menus, Choose “General” > “Shortcuts”
2. 3. In the top right hand corner of the of new instrument, Select “Edit” from the drop-down menu

Here is a screenshot of the editor (note: This was renamed from "Shortcuts" to "Resources"):

4. From here you have the option to add a shortcut to a: URL, File, Action, or Report.  We’ll stick with URLs for right now.

1. 5. Fill in the caption for your shortcut then the web URL you want to visit.
2. 6. Now, go back to the top right hand corner , Choose “Close”

7. Your URL will now show up on your Dashboard in the “Shortcuts” instrument.
