Cyrious Software Hosted User Conference in Orlando, FL
Event Provided Training, Support and Interaction for Users

Orlando, FL - Cyrious Software, a leading provider of quoting and business management systems for sign and graphics companies, held its User Conference, CyrCon 2010, for current customers on April 7, 2010, the day prior to the annual ISA Sign Expo in sunny Orlando, FL. 
This user conference exemplifies the company's goal to provide the highest level of training and support to its customers.  "It's the perfect opportunity to be joined in a room with so many like minded individuals, all using the same system to work towards common goals.  The knowledge and training that Cyrious provides helps everyone in the Cyrious community.  I look forward to attending many more in the future," said Brian MacArthur of Gorway Signs.

This year featured the addition of roundtable discussions, the majority of which were led by Cyrious customers themselves. These selected customers offered their expertise and successes with a particular part of the program.  "I particularly enjoyed the roundtable sessions offered and participating in the exchange of ideas with other users to see how they implement Cyrious Software. These breakout sessions complemented the general presentations by the staff," noted Craig McConnell of Miller McConnell Signs. 
To kick off the event, Cyrious attendees were invited to the "Anchors Away Reception" which provided ample opportunities for networking and socializing while vying for giveaways such as an iPod Touch and gift certificates to Bahama Breeze.

Cyrious employees from a range of departments contributed to the event including: Sales & Marketing, Product Development, Implementation, Technical Support and the company's Founder and CEO.  Sponsors for the event included Capital Q and Avalara.

During the last session on the day, users had the opportunity to offer their feedback on the current products and provide suggestions for future offerings.
