1.A) (Optional) Restarting Home Gate
The HomeGate service is highly important for connecting Cyrious WebApps to your server. You should only restart HomeGate under the advice of the Ecommerce Trainer or Support Teams. A non-functioning HomeGate will temporarily shut down your Ecommerce platform, Production App, and/or Online Payment features while the service restarts. 1) Integrating with Control - Determine your Version
In Control:
Go to Setup>Pricing Setup> All Pricing Setup
Navigate to User Constants in the left column panel.
If you see Product Info in the middle panel, click on Product Info, then find DatasetVersion, if the version number begins with "3" then you are running Dataset v3. All v3 datasets must follow the path for v3 below.
If you DO NOT see Product Info then you are NOT v3 and must follow the path for v2 below.
Follow the correct path below for the dataset version you are running in Control.
